The Community Care Clinic provides pharmacy assistance, patient assistance program (PAP), doctor/medical services, and a mammogram voucher program (for anyone with an order for a mammogram but no insurance coverage for the test). All programs are based on income and for patients without insurance.
Open Monday – Friday
- Pharmacy program: Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- PAP program: Monday thru Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
- Medical services: Monday thru Thursday, and some evening. Times vary. Appointments required.
