Albemarle Hospital provides a complete range of care, including
inpatient hospitalization; advanced surgery; an expansive
rehabilitation program; the region's most sophisticated diagnostic
center; same-day ambulatory surgery; urgent and emergency
care; and a regional oncology center; as well as a wide array
of community education and support groups. 
Much like our clinical services, Albemarle
Hospital invests heavily in our community service programs.
We adopt local schools, and donate more than 28,000 hours
of volunteer time to area organizations. We continue to
make substantial employee-backed financial donations to
organizations such as the United Way, and the American Cancer
Society's Relay for Life. Our employees, physicians, and
volunteers proudly support the Albemarle Hospital Foundation,
and its programs like the Community Care Clinics, which
serve our region's indigent, underinsured, and uninsured
residents.
