Do you qualify for financial assistance? If a patient does not qualify for any State or Federal programs, they may still be able to obtain assistance through the Patient Financial Assistance program. Please ask a member of our staff for a copy of the “Patient Financial Assistance” brochure. Information and/or applications are available from any of our Registration areas or Patient Financial Services (Billing Department).
