FREE Prostate Cancer Screening                                  
For men 40 and older, who are not currently being treated for prostate disease. Includes a digital rectal exam (DRE) and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) blood test. Provided by Joseph Alvarez, M.D., of Coastal Urology.

FREE Stroke Screenings
for the Medically Underserved
Thanks to a grant from the Kate B. Reynolds Charitable Trust, Albemarle Hospital, in association with the North Carolina Stroke Association, has the opportunity to deliver FREE stroke education and screening opportunities to the uninsured and underserved in Camden, Chowan, Gates, Pasquotank, and Perquimans counties.
